Smiling man.

My first portrait drawing Paper! Hopefully the folks over at FiftyThree will add the option to draw in either landscape or portrait cos I love drawing this way round but hate having the tools on the side!

Anyway, quite happy with this little drawing! He certainly seems content.
An early idea for a character in a new comic I’m [hopefully] working on with the amazing writer, my good friend Jonathan Harper. Set in Victorian London I anticipate it being pretty fun to draw… Moe info to come!
Dribble.

Keepin’ it simple this eve!

Superman

This drawing changed so much from the initial sketch to this point. Originally it was going to be really cartoon-y, but now it’s got far more realism than I would normally aim for. To be honest, rub out that hair curl and it’s just Bruce Wayne…
Panic!

For the record, I was pretty chilled out when I drew this.
Bruce Wayne.

Quick sketch using a slightly different comic style.
Eye.

This kind of picture is useful for learning how the blending works in Paper. Lots of fun!
Alfred Pennyworth.

I’ve always been a huge fan of the character of Alfred in the Batman comics, but this is my first attempt to draw him. I’ve tried to capture his formal, slightly pompous sensibilities, whilst also showing his more macho, military side by giving him a solid, square jaw!

I love drawing bow ties!
